Our Mobile Phone services are divided into two main capabilities:
- Consumer engagement
- Mobile App Development
Consumer engagement entails push marketing via SMS, USSD or Message Bound Ads(MAD). USSD allows an interactive session with the consumer, whilst SMS and MAD are outbound campaigns. MAD allows you to add an advertisement to mobile messages such as a “please call me” and is a cost effective way of reaching a defined target market.
All our services can be complimented by Mobile Phone Applications. Development is done in-house and includes integration into new or existing systems. Our own Mobile Phone Panic Button is called Panic Alert. It allows an entire family the security of having access to a GPS-enabled panic button on their phones.
